Manens for the Construction Management of the new Chemistry Department of the University of Pavia
As part of the University of Pavia’s development project, a significant milestone has been achieved by signing the contract for the Construction Management assignment for the new building of Via Taramelli’s complex. This assignment has been granted to the group including Manens, F&M Ingegneria, and Studio Architetti Mar, who were already involved in the detailed project.
The new building, intended to house the Department of Chemistry, is part of the broader project to redevelop the University’s spaces. This initiative will impact the entire context of the Scientific Institutes on Via Taramelli and Via Bassi, with the inauguration of the Department of Pharmaceutical Sciences taking place last June. The signing of the Construction Management contract marks a significant step towards the concrete realization of this state-of-the-art facility.
