CityLife Milano leads the world in Sustainability
CityLife reaches the top in sustainability as the first district in the world to be awarded three certifications at the maximum level (Platinum): LEED for Cities and Communities – Existing, WELL Community, SITES for Existing Landscape.
These certifications are a prestigious international award for the profound commitment that CityLife delivered in developing the whole neighbourhood targeting since the beginning the natural environment, the social and economic well-being and health of all visitors, users and residents.
Manens, as sustainability consultant, guided CityLife to the achievement of all 3 certifications and is proud of the level of excellence achieved. This testifies our commitment to spreading the knowledge of the sustainable built environment through the most advanced international rating systems.
