Gender Equality Certification (UNI/PdR 125:2022): a step towards ESG development

In 2024, Manens committed to a new certification journey to systematically align its corporate actions to ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) principles. One first step in this process recently led us to obtain the Gender Equality Certification by UNI/PdR 125:2022.

This was possible thanks to the support of DNV – Business Assurance, an international society providing global certification, assurance and training services. This latest certification follows several others that Manens has earned and keeps confirming over the years, covering work process efficiency, occupational health and safety and environmental management (UNI EN ISO 9001:2015, 14001:2015, 45001:2018).

Over our 55-year history, we have approached each project as a unique opportunity for collective and individual professional growth, technical investigation, and research of technological innovations. It has also been a chance to exchange and improve our organizational models.
