Manens S.p.A. has as its objective the adoption – towards its employees/collaborators, directors, associates, consultants, customers and suppliers – of behaviours that comply with the highest ethical standards of correctness, loyalty, legality and protection of the safety of the workplace.
Within the framework of these inspiring principles, in compliance with Italian Legislative Decree No. 24/2023, the Company intends to encourage all employees/ collaborators, directors, partners, consultants, customers and suppliers, In any way, to report in good faith wrong behaviour and contrary to the law, national and European, of which they have become aware in the context of the relationship of collaboration with Manens, while adopting a policy of protection of the authors of such reports.
For this purpose, Manens has set up a Confidential Reporting Service (“Whistleblowing”) with the adoption of a special regulation and a dedicated platform, in which you can send reports on violations and unlawfuls.

Manens S.p.A. si pone quale obiettivo l’adozione – nei confronti dei propri dipendenti/collaboratori, amministratori, soci, consulenti, clienti e fornitori – di comportamenti conformi ai più elevati standard etici di correttezza, lealtà, legalità e tutela della sicurezza degli ambienti di lavoro.
Nell’ambito di questi principi ispiratori, in ottemperanza al D.lgs. n. 24/2023, la Società intende incoraggiare tutti i dipendenti/collaboratori, amministratori, soci, consulenti, clienti e fornitori, a qualsiasi titolo, a segnalare in buona fede comportamenti errati e contrari alla legge, nazionale ed europea, di cui siano venuti a conoscenza nell’ambito del rapporto di collaborazione con Manens, adottando nel contempo una politica di tutela degli autori di tali segnalazioni.
A tal scopo, Manens ha istituito un Servizio di Segnalazione Riservato (“Whistleblowing”) con l’adozione di un apposito regolamento e di una piattaforma dedicata, in cui è possibile inviare le segnalazioni relative a violazioni e illeciti.
