IT Specialist

DESCRIPTION

The candidate, working in team and reporting to the IT Manager, will be responsible for the first-level response to user requests and the solutions to related problems. He/she will have to install and configure operating systems, restore the basic functionalities of remote control workstations, replace any non-functional components, and connect network systems.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Previous experience in first and second level Help Desk activities;
  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science preferred;
  • Proficiency in the English language;
  • Good use of Windows operating systems;
  • Excellent interpersonal, team-building and results-oriented skills.

Work location: Verona.

Working hours: full time/part time.

Type of contract: to be defined according to the candidate’s experience.
