The “Libeskind Cluster” is a multi-level architectural complex composed of the North Podium and the PwC Tower, located in the northern sector of Piazza Tre Torri within the CityLife district.
Thanks to its distinctive concave shape, the building has earned the nickname “Il Curvo”—“The Curved One”—and has become an icon on Milan’s skyline.
The Libeskind Tower is the third to rise at the heart of the CityLife Business & Shopping District and now hosts the new headquarters of PwC Italy S.p.A.
The design focused on implementing cutting-edge solutions for next-generation workspaces, where occupant well-being and sustainability are seamlessly integrated. Like its sister towers, the PwC Tower is LEED® Gold certified under the Core & Shell protocol. This achievement was the result of a design strategy aimed at reducing energy and water consumption while maximizing thermal, acoustic, and visual comfort for building users. Particular attention was given to the HVAC systems and the design of interior lighting, using digital models to balance natural and artificial light and ensuring LED lighting throughout.
