The renovation works of the Enel Headquarters have started
Manens-Tifs has recently concluded the MEP design activities of the Enel Headquarters located in Viale Regina Margherita in Rome.
The redevelopment, signed by Antonio Citterio Patricia Viel, will focus on corporate welfare, urban redevelopment, innovation and sustainability.
The historical building, which is 42 meters high and a GFA of 80.000 m², composed of 7 blocks, 10 stories above ground and 4 stories below ground, will be completely refurbished by maintaining its character and its value, reinforcing the structures, creating additional volumes within the allowable height limitations and providing for the complete renovation of all the MEP systems.
ENEL Headquarters will be a Zero Carbon Building inspired by regenerative principles in terms of Health and Well-being, and is pursuing both LEED® v4 BD + C certification at Platinum level, both WELL Building Standard® v2 New and Existing Building at Gold level.
Manens-Tifs confirms its presence in the design of the most important national Companies headquarters, carrying on, once again, its mission ‘design and managing, sustainability and comfort’.
