The project involves the development of two state-of-the-art hospital hubs integrated into modern urban centers in Jeddah and Riyadh, each featuring advanced healthcare services and residential areas.
Each city covers a built-up area of 1.2 km² and includes an extensive residential district with housing for approximately 15,000 residents. Shared spaces include a community center, mosques, and sports facilities, all located within a large central park serving the wider urban community around the hospital hub.
Each hospital complex will provide 1,200 beds, 46 operating theatres, and diagnostic laboratories for all major medical specialties, as well as dedicated mental health and rehabilitation services.
Data Center Facility
The project also includes the construction of a facility housing two medium-sized data centers, for which Manens provided full Project Management Consultancy (PMC), including compliance with complex local regulations and Uptime Certification as international data center safety and efficiency standards.
