Every year, November 25 invites us to pause and reflect on the role each of us can play in preventing gender-based violence and fostering a more attentive, inclusive, and conscious culture. This is an ongoing commitment, one that requires awareness, active listening, and a willingness to keep the conversation open.
This year, we are sharing our message through the hashtag #25Novembresempre – always November 25 – displayed across all Manens offices. At the same time, the arches of our Headquarters in Padua will be illuminated in red throughout the week — a simple yet powerful gesture to keep attention on an issue that extends far beyond November 25, calling for continuous reflection and action.
Awareness and Recognition
On this same day, Manens participates in the Herconomy Award 2025, promoted by Economy magazine of the Sole24Ore Group. The award celebrates companies certified under UNI/PdR 125:2022 that have successfully combined gender equity with strong economic performance. Manens’ nomination follows the path started in 2024 with the Gender Equality Certification, confirmed by the 2025 audit.
Together, the #25Novembresempre campaign and the Herconomy Award tell a single story: raising awareness and taking concrete actions go hand in hand, making equality and respect a natural part of everyday business and organizational culture.
