INNOVATION, SUSTAINABILITY, EXCELLENCE

For over 50 years, Manens has stood for experience, reliability, and excellence in engineering and architecture. Since the beginning, we have embraced the challenge of innovation, working every day to positively impact the environment and people—through people—by offering integrated design services.

Manens at a glance

Our roots lie in the University of Padua. Over the years, we’ve grown into a multidisciplinary leader in Italy, while preserving the academic approach of our founding partners: striving for innovation and continuous research, developing solutions that meet the needs of our time, always with an eye on the future

Past, present, future

We look to the past with gratitude and to the future with enthusiasm. Manens Intertecnica in Verona, Tifs Ingegneria, and Steam in Padua are the three founding entities that shaped the company as we know it today. In 2010, with the establishment of Manens-Tifs, and in 2023 with the integration of Steam, Manens S.p.A. was born.

Today, Manens has over 400 professionals across its Italian offices in Padua, Verona, and Bari, and four international branches in Saudi Arabia, Switzerland, Romania, and Serbia.

Our commitment to growth and innovation continues to guide us as we explore new frontiers and take on increasingly ambitious challenges.

Mission

We carry forward the values of our founders, for whom designing has always meant innovating and promoting a new culture—both within the company and beyond.

This mindset drives our work: we develop tailored solutions that reflect our ideals without compromise, creating wellbeing, efficiency, and functionality for both people and the environment.

We are equally committed to passing on these values to everyone who works with us—fostering ethics, a strong work culture, design knowledge, and sharing in professional and personal growth and success, in a spirit of continuous improvement.

Expertise

Our extensive experience makes us a unique point of reference in the design of major works, covering a wide range of public and private sectors: from hospitals to airports, research centres and universities to office buildings, retail, cultural and sports facilities.

We have made MEP design and project and construction management our core strengths, with sustainability and energy at the heart of our values.
Our expertise also extends to architectural design, communication systems, IT and security networks, HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, lighting, acoustics, and renewable energy systems.

Method

Every project tells a unique story—where every detail helps to create an extraordinary experience.
For us, designing complex works means adopting an integrated, multidisciplinary approach, where sustainability, systems, and architecture come together as one. Each building component plays an active role in shaping a space that is efficient, functional, and beautiful.
