Integrated design
FROM A TO Z: our integrated approach considers all plant engineering aspects together with architectural and structural elements as part of a single system. In this way we are able to provide assistance in all phases of the project – from the feasibility study to the final project – and propose solutions that satisfy the request in terms of content, quality and efficiency throughout the life cycle of the work .

ENGINEERING = FLEXIBILITY
MEP Design Beyond the Technical Aspects: Building systems are the beating heart of structures, where mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems interact seamlessly to ensure comfort, safety, and energy efficiency. The ability to integrate these three components means creating flexible and adaptable buildings, optimizing resource use while anticipating future needs.

ARCHITECTURE = BALANCE
Our architectural concept is perfectly balanced between aesthetics, technology, and sustainability. The study of innovative solutions and materials is now central to meeting increasingly stringent environmental sustainability criteria and respecting the surrounding landscape. A precise architectural design also takes into account the prediction and resolution of potential conflicts between the structure and the building systems.
STRUCTURES = FIRMNESS
Structural design embodies practicality. From seismic adjustments for existing buildings to solutions for the restoration of historical monuments and the design of modern structures, these interventions require in-depth and varied investigations, including laboratory and on-site tests, to ensure the stability and safety of the entire building system.

BIM Design
BIM modeling is central to digital transformation in architecture, engineering, and construction. Since 2015, Manens has embraced this evolution to enhance multidisciplinary integration and optimize processes. Implementing an effective BIM system enables the creation of a true data bank and working memory, accessible to all team members, fostering collaboration and a smoother, clearer communication flow throughout all project phases.
As a testament to Manens’ commitment to adopting high-level BIM standards, the company has been certified since 2018 with the ICMQ BIM Management certification for the management of design and information models, including integration with data sharing environments (CDE) and cost management activities (5D). Furthermore, several members of the BIM team have obtained individual certifications for roles such as BIM Specialist, BIM Coordinator, and BIM Manager.
