DESCRIPTION<\/b><\/p>\n

The BIM Coordinator (MEP) will be responsible for the digital delivery of MEP plant projects. As a member of the multi-disciplinary design team, the BIM Coordinator plays a vital role in implementing the project execution strategy, supporting the BIM Lead and MEP Modeling Team Lead. <\/p>\n

Il Coordinatore BIM (MEP) avr\u00e0 le seguenti responsabilit\u00e0:<\/p>\n

  • Consegna digitale dei modelli MEP e gestione delle informazioni dei progetti MEP dalla fase di offerta alla chiusura del progetto.<\/li>\n
  • Gestione a livello di attivit\u00e0 del modello BIM. <\/li>\n
  • Rappresentazione di Manens su argomenti BIM del progetto in collegamento con clienti, ingegneri e altri membri del team di progettazione durante lo sviluppo del progetto. <\/li>\n
  • Sviluppo e mantenimento di eccellenti relazioni di squadra attraverso una corretta esecuzione del progetto.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    REQUISITI<\/b><\/p>\n

      \n
    • \u00c8 richiesta una minima esperienza di 2 anni con Autodesk Navisworks e Autodesk Revit MEP Software. <\/li>\n
    • Esperienza nella progettazione, specifica e appalto di impianti MEP per edifici. <\/li>\n
    • Approfondita conoscenza dei metodi e processi di Design Authoring; <\/li>\n
    • Esperienza nella gestione di successo degli elementi BIM MEP dei progetti, inclusa la creazione di Famiglie Revit MEP. <\/li>\n
    • Comprensione dei protocolli e standard BIM Nazionali e Internazionali (PAS, AIA, UNI, ecc.) e capacit\u00e0 di implementarli in modelli multi-disciplinari 3D. Uso competente del software Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, MS Project). <\/li>\n
    • Buona conoscenza dell’inglese.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      • Laurea magistrale in ingegneria (civile, meccanica, elettrica). <\/li>\n
      • Esperienza nell’automatizzazione dei processi e delle attivit\u00e0 di modellazione attraverso macro e script (Dynamo\/Grasshopper). <\/li>\n
      • Esperienza in un team che adotta il Project Management AGILE.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
