There are also services and management activities for about 13,000 sqm.<\/p>\n<p>The project boasts the most balanced and sustainable solutions. One of the most special feature of the centre, designed with BIM methodology \u2013 C level, is for sure the covered, but not air-conditioned, two-storeys Mall. This structure covers an area of 18,000 sqm and it is configured as an open urban gallery, inspired by the wide open avenues of Turin.
