{"id":14390,"date":"2023-05-30T13:50:57","date_gmt":"2023-05-30T12:50:57","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/maneold.freewayweb.it\/?p=14390"},"modified":"2025-01-29T13:01:35","modified_gmt":"2025-01-29T12:01:35","slug":"welcome-progetti-ditalia","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/manens.com\/en\/news_en\/welcome-progetti-ditalia\/","title":{"rendered":"Presenting the biophilic office &#8220;Welcome&#8221; at Progetti d&#8217;Italia 2023"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">In the yearly event of <\/span>Progetti D\u2019Italia<span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">\u00a0from\u00a0<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">il Quotidiano Immobiliare<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">, 600 delegates from the Real Estate community gathered to listen to some of the landmark projects currently being developed in Italy.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Manens<span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\"> was present with our Director,\u00a0<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Fabio Viero<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\"> to briefly illustrate the financial benefits of\u00a0<\/span><em>Welcome<\/em><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\"><em>, Feeling at Work,<\/em> the first biophilic high-performance office building designed together with <\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Kengo Kuma &amp; Associates<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">\u00a0for\u00a0<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Europa Risorse<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">The building is characterised by a <\/span>biophilic design<span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">\u00a0providing a visual connection to external and internal green areas for every workplace, abundant natural light and materials recalling the innate bond between human beings and nature, which has been demonstrated to foster productivity and well-being for knowledge-based occupants.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">With the same objective, the air quality is provided through a high level of mechanical and natural filtration and digital monitoring which, together with strict temperature and humidity control, creates an indoor space favouring the optimal level of cognitive ability. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">The financial benefits of such a high-performance building have been associated with a high benefits scenario of Stok research with 9% improved productivity, 30% improved staff retention and 50% reduced absenteeism, generating an estimated 245\u20ac\/m2 per year, which is in the same order as the yearly rent and more than 10 times higher than expected energy cost savings for this type of buildings.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>The\u00a0<span style=\"color: #333333; font-style: normal; font-weight: 300;\">video<\/span><span style=\"color: #333333; font-style: normal; font-weight: 300;\"> of the <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 300;\">presentation in Italian is available<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 300;\"> to subscribers on the <\/span><a style=\"font-weight: 300;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.ilqi.it\/post\/qitv\/413190-europa-risorse-sgr-e-manens-presentano-welcome--feeling-at-work-milano\">Il Quotidiano Immobiliare website<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>In the yearly event of Progetti D\u2019Italia\u00a0from\u00a0il Quotidiano Immobiliare, 600 delegates from the Real Estate community gathered to listen to some of the landmark projects currently being developed in Italy.
