{"id":13727,"date":"2022-11-14T12:31:24","date_gmt":"2022-11-14T11:31:24","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/maneold.freewayweb.it\/?p=13727"},"modified":"2025-01-30T14:49:58","modified_gmt":"2025-01-30T13:49:58","slug":"opening-new-regional-headquarter-in-turin","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/manens.com\/en\/news-and-tech-notes\/news-category\/news-en\/opening-new-regional-headquarter-in-turin\/","title":{"rendered":"Piedmont celebrates the opening of the new regional headquarters in Turin"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The opening ceremony of the new headquarters of the Piedmont Region was held on October 14th, attended by President Alberto Cirio, the regional councillors and the authorities of Piedmont\u2019s capital city.<\/p>\n<p>The Tower, designed by Massimiliano Fuksas, was named <em>Piemonte <\/em>in honour of the citizenship, as a place at the service of the Community: indeed, the complex is designed as a multipurpose facility which, besides the public offices, will house green areas &#8211; two of which located on the top floor of the skyscraper &#8211; a Service Center with a 300 seats Auditorium, and a multimedia library open to the public. Finally, a 300 m long walk and cycle path called <em>Promenade<\/em>, leads to the metro station connecting the compound to the city center.<\/p>\n<p>With 43 floors and 204 m heights, the skyscraper will house all the 2000 regional employees by June 2023.<\/p>\n<p>Manens-Tifs &#8211; already part of the executive project development team \u2013 worked with SCR Company during the construction stage, taking over the operation management to develop the technological plants\u2019 systems, which represent the heart of the structure.<\/p>\n<p>The technical solutions&#8217; design focused on reaching the highest <strong>energy efficiency<\/strong> and <strong>sustainability<\/strong> standards.
