  • Located in the redeveloped area of the “Ex FIAT AVIO” near the Lingotto district, the 205-meter-high skyscraper of the Piedmont Region is set to become an icon of innovation and design

    Designed according to a master plan by architect Massimiliano Fuksas, this impressive tower spans 140,000 m² of covered area and reaches a height of 205 meters, ranking it among the tallest buildings in Italy. With 43 floors above ground and a profile that dominates Turin’s skyline, the tower represents a new symbol of urban modernity.

    The complex consists of four main components, each serving specific functions:

    • The Tower, which houses all the offices of Regione Piemonte;
    • The Semi-underground Courtyard, a two-level area providing office support services such as archives, a printing center, and a data center;
    • The Service Center, an independent building connected to the tower via underground levels as well as the ground, second, and third floors. It includes a conference center, library and media center, and offices open to the public;
    • The Parking Area, distributed over two underground levels, directly accessible via dedicated underpasses from public roads.

    The project stands out for its advanced energy and environmental features, including:

    • Double-skin facades for improved energy performance;
    • Geothermal heat pumps drawing on groundwater and probes;
    • Air-to-air heat pumps;
    • A 700 kWp photovoltaic system, with panels installed on the tower’s south facade, the Service Center roof, and the Promenade connecting the site to the regional railway.
